Chelsea summer signing Alvaro Morata was on fire against Stoke City on Saturday as he netted his first hatrick for the Blues.

After just a minute played, Morata latched onto a through ball from Cesar Azpilicueta from deep and the Chelsea record signing went past Darren Fletcher before slotting a sublime finish past Jack Butland.

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has revealed that he was in awe of the goal and it left him speechless.

Talking on Monday Night Football, Henry said: “He was short of games at the beginning [of the season], but he’s on point at the minute, really impressive.

“There was a thought process behind it [his opener at Stoke], I was at home and went ‘wow, what a goal’.”
