Chelsea are nine points behind leaders Manchester City after successive Premier League losses to Manchester City and Crystal Palace.
According to Chelsea star Eden Hazard, Chelsea’s participation in the Champions League means Chelsea aren’t as fresh as we were last season but he insists the Blues must adapt.
Hazard also insists there’s still time for Chelsea to make a comeback in the Premier League title race.
“Last season it was more easy to play every game every week. We were more fresh,” Hazard said as quoted on Standard Sport.
“Now it’s different, but we need to adapt to the situation.
“We will give everything, but I think we’re on the same level as last year.
“The difference between this year and last year is Manchester City and United are stronger. We are ready, we know the Premier League is long, so we have time to come back.”
