Chelsea head into a busy period of six remaining fixtures this month, and Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has hinted that he may have to make changes to his side on occasions.
He told the media this afternoon: “We have seven games this month and we have to approach things very carefully.
“We haven’t been lucky with injuries and we only have Fabregas and Bakayoko available in midfield, so we have to find a solution for this.
“Maybe a defender can move into midfield but I don’t like to change this too much. Or perhaps some young players like Kyle Scott and Ethan Ampadu could play from the start.”
After the game against Palace tomorrow is a home Champions League clash against Roma, followed by a league game against Watford and then a League Cup clash at home to Everton before travelling to face Bournemouth in the league and the Blues will then end the month with an away game against Roma in the Champions League.
