Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has been out of action after sustaining a hamstring injury in Chelsea’s defeat to Manchester City on September 30 just before the international break.

The 24-year-old had to be subbed off in the first-half of that game and hasn’t featured for both club and country since that day.

The Spaniard has now joined up with his team-mates in training ahead of Chelsea‘s mouthwatering clash with Roma on Wednesday evening.

Chelsea missed Morata’s presence after he limped off against City and was clearly missed in the 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday.

This clearly would be a massive boost for Antonio Conte as Chelsea suffered two defeats in a row.
