Willian has been one of the stars at Chelsea since making the move to Stamford Bridge in 2013, and the 29-year-old is known for his pace and trickery.

The Brazilian has opened up to the official Chelsea website on some of the things he does before training and before a game.

He was asked by the official Chelsea website on what he does before training.

He answered: “On a typical day I get to the training ground an hour or so before training. I’ll have breakfast in the canteen and then maybe have a massage or do some work with the physios in order to make sure I’m ready and well prepared for the session.”

When asked what he does after training, Willian revealed he’s one for the massage, as he’d have yet another massage session.

He said: “Sometimes I like to go for a massage, particularly if I feel stiff or if something has happened to me in training, I’ll go to the treatment room and put some ice on it. I always have a massage the night before a game and then on the day of the game, when we get to the stadium, I’ll have another one then.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
