Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi gave Chelsea something to think about as he left the Belgium squad due to a foot injury.
And now as we head to a busy period of the season, Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayako has sustained an agonising breakdown at Cobham this morning.
According to The Sun, Bakayoko was left grimacing in pain and limped away early for treatment.
The injury apparently occurred while the France international was going through his own personal fitness work away from his team-mates.
Bakayoko was said to have pulled up in the middle of sprint shuttles during a one-to-one session.
The Chelsea midfielder arrived from Monaco in the summer carrying a knee injury. The £40 million signing wasn’t handed a call-up by France boss Didier Deschamps.
