Chelsea won Swansea City 1-0 despite dominating the match for long periods with Antonio Rudiger scoring the only goal of the game.
Swansea City boss Paul Clement revealed after the game that he was happy with his team’s performance against Chelsea. Clement believes Swansea City frustrated Chelsea.
“We did okay tonight. We frustrated Chelsea tonight and we dealt with the wingers pretty well and they put a lot of crosses in and we defended the crosses,” Clement said.
“The most disappointing thing was the nature of the goal, our backs were turned and they played the quick one and once the shot was hit it came off Bony’s head and went to Rudiger.
“At 1-0 you are always in the game, they became edgy and the players had the belief they could create something. Disappointing as we are desperate for the points.”
