Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham was taken off on a stretcher during Swansea City’s 2-0 defeat to Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday.
The Chelsea youngster who’s on loan to Swansea has scored five goals in his 15 appearances on loan for the Swans so far this season and made his senior England debut during the recent international break.
