Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses has been out of the squad since suffering a hamstring injury against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park six weeks ago.

The Nigeria international has missed action ever since, but Conte has now been handed a boost with Moses’ return to fitness.

Conte confirmed in his press conference today that Moses will be among the squad to face Liverpool, but he will start from the bench.

He told the media: “His condition is good. For sure he needs a bit of time to recover the best form. Tomorrow he is in our squad. I think I want to put him on the bench, and then to decide if there is the necessity to bring him on or not.

“I am very happy because now he is fine, but he needs a bit of time to find the best physical condition.”
