Willian is said to be unhappy about his lack of playing time this season, and was the star of the Chelsea team on Wednesday evening as the Blues defeated Qarabag 4-0 away in Baku.

Willian has recently voiced his displeasure at not starting games, although he has insisted that he isn’t leaving the club.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has now reverted to a 3-5-2 system, which means the likes of Willian and Pedro will be on the bench as Conte prefers to play Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata upfront.

However, with Chelsea having a busy fixture list till the end of the year, Antonio Conte has accepted that he will have to rotate his squad and give everyone playing opportunities.

Conte said: “I need to have rotation. But for me every single player is important and I like to work with these players but I want that they are very happy to stay at Chelsea.”
