Liverpool host Chelsea at the Anfield Stadium this evening, in a game between fifth and third.
Liverpool have the chance of moving level on points with the Premier League champions with a win, while Chelsea could extend the gap to six points with a win.
It’s the biggest fixture of the week, and both sides will be looking to make consecutive league wins on the bounce.
Everyone have been revealing their predictions for the game, and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard has also revealed his. Gerrard thinks Jurgen Klopp’s side have what it takes to earn a narrow 2-1 victory at home.
“Tough one to call, I think it’s definitely a 50/50 game,” Gerrard told BT Sport.
“But I’m always going to be biased and back my team. And I think Liverpool at home are capable.
“So I’ll go for a tight 2-1 win for Liverpool.”
