Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses has been out of action since the shock 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace last month, and the team has missed his ability on the right flank.

While Davide Zappacosta and Cesar Azpilicueta has been deployed in that role, none has staked a claim on Moses’ position.

Speaking about Moses’ injury last week, Conte said: “We have to wait and have patience. He needs more time before he recovers.”

And now, the Nigeria international is closing in on a return to action having taken part in his first outdoor training session since his injury.

Moses shared a photo of himself in training on his Twitter page. He captioned the photo: “Good to be back training outside.”
