Eden Hazard was in phenomenal form as Chelsea defeated Qarabag 4-0 to qualify to the next round of the UEFA Champions League.
Hazard supplied the pass which led to our first penalty, before converting the kick for his third goal in two games.
Hazard’s wonderful back-heel then teed up Willian to extend Chelsea’s lead, and he had some amazing touches that left Qarabag’s defence in terror before his eventual substitution in the second-half as the manager rested him for the game against Liverpool.
Hazard is one of eight players to be named on the shortlist, and is also in contention for the UEFA Team of the Year.
