Chelsea star Eden Hazard has revealed that he used to watch the senior players in the squad while learning his trade at Lille.

Hazard, who was signed from the French club in 2012 is now one of the senior members of the Chelsea squad, and he has revealed that he ought to be a good role model to the younger players.

He told Chelsea magazine: “You need to show the right mentality to the younger players, because they are looking up to you. When I was 16 at Lille, I was watching the big guys, thinking, ‘Oh, this guy does this in training; that guy never comes in late.’ So, yeah, we are examples. You need to show the right motivation, the right ambition.”
