Chelsea star Eden Hazard has continued his fine form as Chelsea brushed aside Qarabag with a 4-0 victory.

Hazard has now set a new Champions League record as the 26-year-old opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 21st minute in a game where Willian and Cesc Fabregas also got on the scoresheet.

Hazard has now become the highest scoring Belgian player in Champions League history following his goal against Qarabag.

Hazard has scored eight goals in the competition, one more than both Dries Mertens and Wesley Sonck.
