Four Chelsea players were on target this weekend for their respective loan clubs.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek, currently on loan at Crystal Palace, was on target in Crystal Palace’s dramatic 2-1 victory over Stoke City on Saturday. Kurt Zouma featured for Stoke City.
Chelsea youngster Jeremie Boga scored a stunning goal as his loan club Birmingham City drew 1-1 against high-flying Sheffield United. Chelsea young goalkeeper Jamal Blackman featured for Sheffield United.
Kenneth Omeruo scored a last-minute winner for his loan club Kasimpasa in a 2-1 victory against Konyaspor in the Turkish league while another Chelsea defender away on loan, Matt Miazga scored three minutes from time as his loan club Vitesse Arnhem secured a 2-0 win over Den Haag. Mason Mount provided the assist for Miazga’s goal. Fankaty Dabo also featured for Vitesse Arnhem.
Tammy Abraham came off the bench for Swansea in a goalless draw with Bournemouth and Izzy Brown also came off the bench in Brighton’s 1-0 loss to Manchester United.
Tomas Kalas helped his loan club Fulham secure a 1-0 win over Millwall on Saturday.
Ola Aina, Michael Hector and Fikayo Tomori helped Hull City keep a clean sheet in a goalless draw at Millwall in a midweek Championship match, before a 3-2 defeat against Bristol City at the weekend.
Ike Ugbo came on at half-time for Barnsley in their 2-0 defeat to Leeds.
In League One, Jay Dasilva helped his loan club Charlton secure a 2-1 win against Rochdale on Tuesday and also featured in Saturday’s 2-0 loss at Scunthorpe. Jordan Houghton was in the Doncaster midfield for a 2-1 win over MK Dons having also played in a 3-0 defeat at Wigan.
In League Two, Bradley Collins was in goal for Forest Green Rovers, who drew 1-1 against Cheltenham with one of the saves he made in that game earning special praise. He has also featured in midweek when Rovers played the majority of the second half against Chesterfield with 10 men and lost 3-2.
Chelsea loanee Marco van Ginkel featured in PSV Eindhoven’s 2-1 win at Excelsior and another Chelsea loanee Todd Kane featured for Groningen in a 2-0 defeat to Feyenoord in the Eredivisie.
In Serbia, Danilo Pantic played for Partizan Belgrade who drew 1-1 with Spartak Subotica, while in Belgium, a Waasland-Beveren side containing Victorien Angban lost 2-0 to Charleroi.
