Chelsea went back to winning ways after a 1-0 win against Swansea, and it was a difficult game for Antonio Conte’s men.

See how the players fared

Courtois: There was no shot on target on Chelsea’s goal, so it was an easy day in office for the Chelsea goalie. Had to stay focused and handled every cross very well. 6/10

Rudiger: Was solid in defence and went upfront to score the only goal of the game. 7.5/10

Christensen: Comfortable evening in defence for the Chelsea youngster. 7/10

Cahill: Comfortable evening for the Chelsea captain and was solid even towards the end of the game when Swansea started to threaten. 7/10

Kante: Robust performance from the Frenchman and made all the dirty work for his team in the midfield. His shot will count as an assist for Rudiger’s goal. 7.5/10

Fabregas: His passing was excellent despite how deep Swansea were. 7/10

Alonso: Had little to do at the back and tried to help his team by constantly providing width on the left flank. 6/10

Zappacosta: Was the more threatening of the two full-backs and was always a willing runner on the right flank. 7/10

Willian: Was dangerous today and his running cost Swansea defence so many problems. 7/10

Pedro: Involved in his usual running on the pitch, but couldn’t break Swansea defence. 6/10

Morata: Had two good opportunities to score today, but Fabianski was at his best. 6/10

Moses: Looked rusty after his comeback from injury that has kept him out for over a month. 4/10

Hazard: Brought added spark to Chelsea’s game but couldn’t break down a resilient Swansea defence. 6/10

Drinkwater: Didn’t have the best of games against a stubborn Swansea side. 5/10
