There were chants of ‘Pulis Out’ after West Brom’s 4-0 defeat in the hands of Chelsea at The Hawthorns.
Pulis’ men were outplayed and outclassed in front of their home fans, and reports now claim the West Brom manager is hours away from his sack.
Speaking after the game, Pulis explained that he could have a drink with Conte and then dash off home for a personal commitment in Bournemouth – when questioned about his post-match contact with John Williams.
“Actually, I’m going to get straight off,” said Pulis when asked if he would meet the Chinese owners after the game.
“I’ll have a drink with Antonio (Chelsea boss Conte).
“Usually I’ll hang around and have a drink but I’m going to get straight off. I’ve got people at home, friends who have come down from Bristol to Bournemouth.
“They’re just cooking so I’m going home to eat there.”
