Chelsea midfielder Ramires has been back at the club, as he seeks to step up his recovery from injury at the Cobham training ground.

The 30-year-old who spent six years at Chelsea before joining Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning in 2016 for a reported £25million, was a fans’ favourite and will forever be remembered for his goal against Barcelona in the Champions League semifinal enroute to Chelsea’s Champions League title triump in 2012.

The Brazilian confirmed he was back at the club earlier this month by uploading a picture from the club’s training ground.

Fellow Brazilian Kenedy uploaded a photo to Instagram today that showed Ramires wearing a full Chelsea kit and accompanied it with the caption: “This is for real”.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
