Willian hasn’t started for Chelsea in a while and has found himself on the bench in Chelsea’s last five games.
The Brazilian has recently voiced his concern about not starting games, but was given a starting role in the Champions League clash against Qarabag.
Willian took his chances as he ended up the man of the match after a brilliant performance that saw him score a brace and win two penalty kicks.
Speaking of Willian’s performance after the game, Conte refused to praise only the Brazilian as he said: “I like to speak about the team, not a single player. Tonight I did many rotations and to see every player answered very well is great.
“I have to count on all my squad. For Willian to score twice is great for his confidence.
“We have to continue this way and to be very positive for the present and for the future.”
