Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda has revealed his frustrations of his lack of playing opportunities this season, and hit out at the club in a post on Instagram just last month.
Now, there are claims that Musonda wants to leave Stamford Bridge in the upcoming transfer window and has no intention of signing a contract extension with the club.
Musonda’s current deal is set to expire in June 2019, and reports now claim that Arsenal have been alerted to Musonda’s desire to leave Chelsea and are ready to make a ‘firm offer’ for the 21-year-old Belgian.
According to Foot Mercato, Musonda is unhappy with his lack of transition into the first team and is seeking a way out.
Musonda has played only 26 minutes in the Premier League this season and has started just two games in the Carabao Cup.
