Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata combined particularly well in a 3-5-2 formation that sunk Atletico Madrid back in September.
The pair were at it again against Manchester United, and had a good game against Jose Mourinho’s men.
They seem to be building up a good understanding and Morata has recently spoken about it.
Eden Hazard has now hailed their partnership as well.
“He’s a top striker. When we are on the pitch, we can see the movements he does and his technical ability is good,” Hazard said in Sunday’s matchday programme.
“I try to have a good connection with my striker because, in my position, it’s good to have this player who is like a target man, so I need a connection with him.
“I try to see everything – opposition players, my teammates – and every time I try to make the best decision so I can score or create a chance with movement. I always try to do something.”
