Conte is usually seen dishing instructions to the Chelsea players during games and follows every moment of the game on the sideline.

However, Willian has claimed that the Chelsea boss barely speaks to his players apart from when he gives instructions on the training ground or during matches.

“Conte keeps himself apart from the squad and there’s almost no conversation with the players,” the Brazilian said in an interview with UOL.

“He gives the instructions in training and on the pitch but that is it.

“[What you see] in the game is what you know [laughs].”
