Eden Hazard has been impressive for Chelsea this season, scoring eight goals and assisting a further eight for Chelsea in all competitions.

Antonio Conte has been pleased with the Belgian’s performances for the Blues but the Italian believes his playmaker can become even more influential by scoring more for the team.

“I’m proud to have him in my team and my squad,” Conte said. “I’m very happy to work with him, he’s a really good guy. He has a lot of space for improvement to become one of the best players in the world.

“He could score more. If you see the stats you will understand he could score more. That’s an aspect where he can improve. When you are a striker, or a number 10, your specialty must be to score.

“My task, and I think the task for every coach, is to try to improve your players because that’s the only way to try to win something, by improving your players, every year, every season. If you develop your players your team becomes stronger and you can have the possibility to fight for something important.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
