Eden Hazard has been in scintillating form since his return from injury in September.

The Belgian has scored eight goals since the end of October, and also earned a nomination for the Premier League’s November Player of the Month award.

He hopes to take his impressive form into today’s derby game against West Ham, as he admits he has been in good form.

“It’s not just about scoring because, at the moment, for 90 minutes I’m there,” Hazard told the official Chelsea website, when asked about his current form.

“Sometimes, in the past, I’ve played well for 15 minutes and then maybe had a quiet spell but now I’m heavily involved for the whole game and at the end of each match I feel more tired than before.

“The team are doing well, which makes it easier for me, and I’m on the pitch to score goals and create some chances. We are happy at the moment.

“In every game I try to give my best. The injury is in the past now so I don’t think about it, and you can see that in my game.”
