Chelsea star Eden Hazard and Barcelona’s Lionel Messi are two of the most skillful players in the game at the moment.
Hazard and Messi are similar in the way they take on opponents and dribble past them. They are both strong and at the same time slick on the ball, and often get kicked and roughly tackled by opponents. However, they don’t seem to complain often about their bad treatment from opposition.
Speaking on the similarity he shares with Messi, Hazard told the official Chelsea website that he just loves to play football.
“Yes, it’s like Messi as well, we are all small,” Hazard laughs.
“I play football, I don’t want to say things about the referee or complain because for me that’s not what football is about. If you get kicked, that’s part of the game, you can win a free-kick or a penalty, that’s my point of view.”
