Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata have struck a formidable partnership and were on the scoresheet in the 3-1 victory over Newcastle.
The pair have been effective in Conte’s 3-5-2 formation and Hazard has admitted that they put in a lot of work together in training.
And while it may look like Hazard and Morata’s relationship has clicked instantaneously, Hazard has revealed that the pair have worked hard on the training ground – especially the defensive aspect of their partnership.
He told ChelseaTV after the game: “We are working, we are working in training, because the manager want us to do a tactic, defensively tactic, but also offensive.
“So we are trying to find each other every time. I know where he is. We’ve only played together for two or three months, but he’s clever.”
