After winning the Champions League in 2012, Chelsea signed Eden Hazard as a 21-year-old, and five years on, the former Lille winger has dominated the Premier League and has been one of the best players in the league.
Hazard will turn 27 on the 7th of January, and he told the official Chelsea website that he tends to do yoga as he draws near 30.
He said: “Yes, sometimes I do yoga. I like to do it around once every couple of weeks because the stretching is good for the body. I’m turning 27 next month so I’m not young anymore. Yoga and stretching can help my body.”
Speaking on when he gets to the training ground, Hazard said: “Usually about an hour before the session begins.”
And on his ideal training condition, the Belgian added: “I like it when it’s hot, but not too hot. Thirty degrees is too much. Around 15, with some sun, is good for me. Rain isn’t too bad but the worst thing is the wind because then the ball flies all over the place.”
