Chelsea won the game against Huddersfield 3-1, and the scoreline could easily have been double.
A disappointed Huddersfield manager David Wagner revealed his disappointment at his team’s performance as he was unhappy that the team’s tactics failed.
Wagner said after the game: “They were good, there is no doubt about it and you have to overperform. This wasn’t the case. In the first half our defence shape and performance was good.
“We didn’t create in the first half but we wanted to frustrate them but we conceded a sloppy goal where our concentration wasn’t good enough.”
