Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante is the highest-ranking Premier League player in this year’s Ballon d’Or voting.

Kante, who was voted Chelsea Players’ Player of the Year last season, is the eight best player in the world according to this year’s Ballon d’Or voting.

Eden Hazard was shockingly ranked 19th.
