After missing eight games for Chelsea due to injury, Victor Moses made his first start in about two months as Chelsea defeated Newcastle 3-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

Moses had a good game in the right wing-back position, and even got an assist by supplying the cross that led to Alvaro Morata’s header.

“Great to be back playing yesterday to help the team get another big three points,” Moses tweeted.

The Nigeria international who was key for Chelsea enroute to winning the Premier League last season, has featured eight times in the English Premier League this season with 198 passes, 42 recoveries, 78.8% passing accuracy and 38 duels won.
