Willy Caballero was in goal during Chelsea’s 4-0 win over Brighton with Thibaut Courtois injured and he produced some vital saves to keep Brighton at bay on Saturday.
Caballero has revealed he is happy to have kept a clean sheet against Brighton.
“At the end of the day we got back to winning ways and got the three points,” Caballero said.
“We started the game really well, scored two goals in a few minutes and created a lot of chances until the end, when we scored two more, so we are happy with our performance.
“I had the opportunity to do some good, I want to do my best and save one, two or three goals. I am behind Thibaut all the time waiting for my opportunity but I’m so pleased because we won, I played and I kept a clean sheet.”
