Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has missed the last three games for Chelsea due to a back injury, and was unavailable for the Blues’ FA Cup clash against Newcastle on Sunday.

However, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has confirmed that the Spaniard is back to training and could feature in Wednesday’s league game against Bournemouth.

Conte said: “Probably. He is going to start training from tomorrow, but not with us. After a period of rest, tomorrow he will start training.

“After an injury of this type, he needs a bit of time to recover, but at the same time we hope to have this player very soon.”

Morata is yet to find the net this year, and will be hoping to return to scoring ways.
