Chelsea boss Antonio Conte had to make a forced substitution in the first half in the Carabao Cup defeat to Arsenal after Willian picked up an injury.
Conte has revealed Willian picked up a hamstring injury but doesn’t think it will be a serious injury.
“I just spoke to the player,” Conte told reporters.
“He [Willian] said he felt a problem in his hamstring but he doesn’t think it will be serious injury.
“I hope this feeling is right.
“I think Willian’s injury was decisive. We don’t have many players to make substitutions. Morata was out.
“I was a bit forced to play with Barkley. He’s a really good player and important or Chelsea but needs bit of time to get used to playing for Chelsea.”
