Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has come under intense pressure of late, as the Blues have only won a game since the start of the new year, and Chelsea were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Arsenal to worsen matters for the Italian.

And now, Conte has revealed that he sacrifices so much for Chelsea to succeed, including his sleep.

Conte said: “It’s not simple but I live this job with great passion, great love and for this reason sometimes I don’t sleep, especially when you have to face difficult situations and you want to do the best for the team, players, fans and club,’ he said.

“When I don’t sleep I continue to work on the computer because I don’t want to create problems for my wife. I go to another room, the living room, and I start to work, watch the game and try to find another solution.

“I think to watch the game many times is important because you need to understand positive things and negative things, and try to improve your team, especially when you lose. It’s important to quickly understand the reason we lost.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
