Chelsea have currently signed Ross Barkley in the January transfer window, and all that have happened are rumours linking the Blues with a set of players.
Chelsea youngster Kenedy is on the verge of joining Newcastle on loan till the end of the season, and Blues boss Antonio Conte has confirmed Kenedy is indeed moving to join Rafael Benitez’s team.
Conte said of the deal in his press conference today: “I think [Kenedy] is going on loan to Newcastle.
“For sure we are talking about a young player with great potential.
“He needs to play regularly. To go to Newcastle is a great challenge for him.”
However, Conte was more tight-lipped about deals linking Chelsea with Roma players Edin Dzeko and Emerson Palmeri.
“I don’t know,” he said when asked if deals are close.
“As you know with the transfer market if there is news the club will inform you.”
