Chelsea and Arsenal played a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge last night in the first leg of the Carabao Cup game.

It was a game dominated by Chelsea, and despite having 21 shots, the Blues couldn’t score past David Ospina in the Arsenal goal. There were lots of missed chances by Antonio Conte’s men, especially two headers by Andreas Christensen.

Speaking after the game, Conte revealed his unhappiness at the team’s missed chances.

The Chelsea boss said: “Honestly, I think you must be worried if you don’t create chances to score but this team, in every game, creates chances to score.

“What I’m saying isn’t aimed at the strikers because, for example, Christensen had two fantastic opportunities to score with headers tonight. Everybody has to improve, not only the strikers. When you play a semi-final it’s important to exploit any chances you have.”
