Eden Hazard and Willian were in amazing form as Chelsea’s attack ran riot against Brighton on Saturday. The duo were on the scoresheet and both had found the net just six minutes into the game.

The chemistry between the pair was evident as their link-up plays and quick interchange posed problems for the Seagulls.

However, they don’t tend to start together due to Antonio Conte’s preferred 3-5-2 formation where he favours Hazard and summer signing, Alvaro Morata.

With Morata suspended for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Brighton, Conte picked Willian and Hazard alongside Michy Batshuayi in attack.

And after the game, Willian and Hazard admitted that they enjoy playing together before Hazard chipped in that Conte won’t let them, in a post-match interview on Chelsea TV.

See their conversation below:

Hazard: “It’s easy to play you know-“

Willian: “-when we play together.”

Hazard: “I want to say the same you know.”

Willian: “Yeah, when we play together it’s easy.”

Hazard: “It’s easy to play together… but Antonio OK, you know?”

Both laugh.
