HAZARD EXPLAINS WHY CHELSEA SHOULDN’T SIGN CARROLL, CROUCH OR DZEKO

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Peter Crouch, Andy Carroll and Edin Dzeko with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte rumoured to be interested in signing a target man.

Chelsea star Eden Hazard revealed after the game against Brighton that Chelsea don’t need a target man if the Blues want to keep the ball on the floor.

“Who is the best team this year? Man City. The strikers, Jesus and Aguero, are not big. It’s simple,” Hazard said.

“It depends how you want to play. If you want to play with long balls you need a target man, if you want to keep the ball on the floor you need a small guy. It depends how you want to play.”
