Chelsea welcome Claude Puel’s Leicester City to Stamford Bridge this evening, hoping to extend their unbeaten run to 10 matches and close the gap on runaway leaders Manchester City.
Eden Hazard has been in stunning form this season, scoring nine times and providing eight assists, and former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy believes the Belgian will be too much of a threat for the Foxes.
“You always fancy Chelsea because of the quality they have got,” he told the Evening Standard.
“But you know with Leicester they can dig in and defend if they want to. But they can also play.
“They have got great attacking threat with Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy.
“You would expect Chelsea to dominate possession and with Hazard in the team you know he could produce a bit of magic at any moment.”
