Chelsea are yet to record a victory this year as the Blues have played four draws in all four games in 2018.
The Blues endured a barren draw against Leicester City on Saturday, which led to boos around Stamford Bridge.
And now former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp believes Conte’s Chelsea future may well not extend beyond this season.
Asked if he saw the Italian managing at stamford Bridge next year, Redknapp told talkSPORT: “Long term? No.
“Listen, I think he’s done fantastic and I like him.
“I just think at the end of the year, personally, I’d be surprised if he is still there next season.”
Conte himself hasn’t confirmed if he will remain at the club after the expiration of his contract.
“I have another year of [my] contract with this club,” he said in his press conference on Friday.
“But as you know very well everything is possible. In one moment you stay here, in another moment another person replaces you in your job.”
Asked if he would extend his contract with Chelsea, Conte added: “In this case, I think the club has to decide to send me away.”
