Chelsea might enter the January transfer market to sign a backup for Alvaro Morata, and reports claim the Blues have made enquiries about West Ham striker Andy Carroll.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants cover for Alvaro Morata and is said to be interested in Carroll.

Carroll has had an injury-hit time at West Ham but scored two vital goals for West Ham against West Bromwich Albion and Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants cover for Alvaro Morata.

Current backup striker Michy Batshuayi hasn’t seen much game time since his return from injury and has barely featured in the Premier League since he came back from injury.
