Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi is currently on loan at Dortmund for the rest of the season.
Batshuayi has made a stellar impression at Dortmund, scoring five goals in his first four games for the club.
Batshuayi is also fast becoming a fan favourite at Dortmund with Sport Bild reporting over 3000 shirts with ‘BATSHUAYI 44’ on the back have been sold in the two weeks since his arrival in Germany.
Dortmund defender Lukasz Piszczek has hailed Batshuayi for not just scoring goals for Dortmund but also defending so well from the front.
“You can see how much quality he has – not only footballing quality, but also the way he focuses,” Piszczek said of Batshuayi.
“It’s a new environment for him, but he’s shown he does not care [about that]. He wants to do his job and is good for us.
“I think that he’s a bit crazy. I only say Batman and other things. But all is good.
“He knows what he has to do on the pitch, not only score goals but also defend well. He makes it difficult for the opponent’s defensive lines to just pass the ball into midfield.”
