Chelsea are out of the Carabao Cup, and are currently out of the title race, as the Blues are 19 points behind Manchester City.
Chelsea captain Gary Cahill has urged the rest of the players to push for the remaining games of the season, with Chelsea fighting for a place in the top four, a Champions League title and FA Cup.
“We’ve still got things to play for this season, no question,” Conte said. “This month is very important and the middle and end of the month will be hugely important for us and the outcome of the season.
“We realise it’s a difficult task when you see the fixtures we have coming up, hence why I say it will probably define our season. Coming out of the end of February it’s important that we’re in a good position in these competitions but it’s all still there for us to play for.
“In terms of the league we’re looking at the top four and securing a place in the Champions League and, to be honest, if we’re going to speak the truth, that’s been the case for a little while now because of the way Man City have performed this season, but that’s still fully in our hands and we’ve got the two other competitions to go for.”
