Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has revealed Chelsea have a plan for Barcelona ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League clash between both sides at Stamford Bridge.

“I think these days after the FA Cup I must be honest it was a bit difficult to sleep well but not a lot,” Conte said.

“When you have to play this type of game you have to prepare everything. Big things and little things.

“We have an idea and a plan in our heads.

“I think in this moment for us it is very important to pick the players in the best of form.”
