The Chelsea ship might be sinking in the eyes of many, but Antonio Conte is defiant that he can turn the tide around.

Chelsea lost to Bournemouth 3-0 at Stamford Bridge last week, and a 4-1 defeat at Vicarage Road on Monday night has compounded Conte’s problems at Chelsea, with rumours rife that he might not end the week as Chelsea boss.

However, Chelsea players will have a good time to rest for the first time in many months, as the Blues won’t play again until next week Monday.

The ominous West Brom encounter takes place on Monday night, and although the Baggies are rock bottom of the league — it’s a modern tradition in the Roman Era to sack managers after playing the Baggies. You can ask Jose Mourinho.

Reports now claim Conte has decided to give his players three games off following Monday night’s defeat.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
