Chelsea came second in the group stage of the Champions League as Roma topped Group C ahead of the Blues.
Chelsea were then drawn against Barcelona in the second round of the competition, and Cesc Fabregas has revealed that Thibaut Courtois started shouting when he learnt Chelsea had been drawn against Barcelona in the Champions League.
“We were training. I think it was Courtois who found out through the kitman or the goalkeeping coach, he started shouting that we got Barca,” explained Fabregas.
“Then, we just got busy with the training again, that’s how we found out. It is an exciting tie.”
