Kick-off: February 25, 2018. 14:05 GMT
Venue: Old Trafford
Chelsea and Manchester United play an all important clash at Old Trafford on Sunday as both teams will need to consolidate on a top four spot.
Chelsea are three points off United, and Liverpool’s win over West Ham on Saturday has now pushed United to third spot.
Both sides come into this game with a bit of bad form in the Premier League. United have lost two of their last five league games and won three, while Chelsea have also won two of their last five league games, won two and drew one.
Chelsea won the first leg at Stamford Bridge 1-0.
Manchester United’s recent record against Chelsea is quite poor as their only victory in the past 14 meetings in all competitions came at home in the league last season (D5, L8).
However, Chelsea have found it difficult at Old Trafford. Chelsea’s only goal in four Premier League fixtures at Old Trafford was scored by Didier Drogba in a 1-1 draw in October 2014.
Jose Mourinho has lost only two of his 49 competitive matches at Old Trafford as Manchester United manager, with both defeats coming at the hands of Manchester City.
My prediction: This game has a feel of a 1-1 draw.
