It’s been a poor 2018 so far for Chelsea, as the Blues have endured a terrible run of 5 draws, a Carabao Cup exit in the hands of bitter rivals Arsenal, and also an embarrassing 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth.
Despite his successful first season at Chelsea, rumours now claim that Conte’s job might not be safe anymore.
Conte is the 11th permanent boss to be appointed by Roman Abramovich since he bought the club in 2003, and rumours claim that he might just be tired of Chelsea’s current season.
Chelsea are currently 19 points behind league leaders Manchester City, and the Blues have an away clash against Watford at the Vicarage Road on Monday night.
According to The Daily Express, Conte’s job depends on the outcome of that game and could face a sack should Chelsea suffer a loss at the hands of struggling Watford.
