Three of Chelsea’s Premier League games in the month of April have been rescheduled so it could be shown on live television.

The home fixture with the Hammers has moved back a day to Sunday 8 April and will now kick-off at 4.30pm (UK time). Sky Sports will broadcast the game, which is subject to change should we be in Champions League action the following Tuesday.

Our next league test after that is at Southampton, and the game at St Mary’s will now start at 12.30pm(UK time) on Saturday 14 April and will also be shown live on Sky.

The final fixture amendment in April is for the trip to Swansea which remains on Saturday 28 April but with the new kick-off time of 5.30pm (UK time). BT Sport will be broadcasting that game.
